oh, hi! i’m ali.

i’m here because rest and play are important to me. because feeling alive, whole, well, and connected to myself and the world around me is important to me.

i’m here because i am in a continuous, tumultuous, life-giving, ever-evolving practice of seeking to nurture intimacy and feelings of wholeness within both my inner and outer landscapes.

i believe that through the teachings and self-nourishment opportunities offered in the natural world and within ourselves (surprise: we, humans, are nature too!), we can feel both well and at home in our bodies.

i work at the interplay between breath, body, and surrounding though the practices of breathwork and forest therapy. i’m a certified breathwork facilitator, nature + forest therapy guide, and RYT 200. my approach is curious and gentle, rooted in a holistic, somatic, trauma-informed lens.

the work I do is a response to a call to offer accessible mends for the modernity-induced severance between humans, our inner worlds + bodies, and the natural world. this includes outdoor relational practices, body-full and mindful practices, and heart-centered communal gatherings.

currently based in: california
